Sage Apartments
The Sage Apartments project is a fully-permitted, shovel-ready plan to build a 4-story, 29-unit apartment building in Bremerton, Washington. The building will be constructed on a .41-acre lot at 2090 Wheaton Way in Bremerton, and consist of 29 apartment units (averaging 391 sq. ft. each/ea.), at least 15 of which will be furnished and serve as "extended stay hotel-style" apartments. The upper floors of the completed structure will have water views of the Port Washington narrows and all of the units will have spectacular views of the Olympic Mountains. This project is being brought to life in what many commercial real estate lenders, developers and appraisers in the region agree is a strong market for multi-family real estate development, not only in Bremerton, but in the entire Puget Sound region, and we at R&G Development Group are looking forward to breaking ground on this exciting new project.
