Chad Ronquillo
Chief Operating Officer
A multi-talented general contractor and construction industry professional with more than 35 years of experience managing and directing various aspects of single-family, multi-family and commercial construction projects in King, Pierce and Kitsap counties, Chad Ronquillo brings a wealth of construction industry knowledge and experience to R&G Development Group, including decades of work constructing high-end, single-family residences (as both a principal builder and a general contractor) and providing organized and efficient construction site management and project development (both for his own company’s projects and for the projects of other general contractors and property owners). Mr. Ronquillo is the Co-Founder of R&G Development Group, LLC, and serves as its Chief Operating Officer. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Ronquillo plays a leading role in the development of the company’s real estate projects and serves as the senior executive in charge of the company’s field operations.
Willie Gilbert
Chief Executive Officer
An accomplished legal professional with more than three decades of experience in various sectors of the legal industry, including BigLaw, state and federal governments, and the private practice of law, Willie Gilbert is the Co-Founder of R&G Development Group, LLC, and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Through his work as a lawyer, including civil litigation and stints as a law clerk to three different state and federal trial and appellate court judges, Mr. Gilbert developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and he uses those skills to help R&G Development Group assess the relative merits and probable outcomes of countless business decisions. More specifically, as Chief Executive Officer for R&G Development Group, Mr. Gilbert, along with Chad Ronquillo, plays a leading role in the development of the company’s real estate projects. Mr. Gilbert also serves as the company’s senior executive in charge of business and financial affairs and has spearheaded efforts to brand the company and position its online presence.
